These Terms govern your use of the Border Time mobile app and related services. By using the app you agree to these Terms. Have counsel review them before a public launch.
Border Time provides crowd-sourced wait-time estimates at border crossings. Estimates are informational only. Actual wait times vary with traffic, staffing, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Border Time is not a turn-by-turn navigation system and is not affiliated with border authorities. Do not rely on estimates as the sole basis for travel decisions that could affect safety, visas, or legal entry.
If you start a GPS contribution session, you agree that anonymized location samples may be used to compute aggregates as described in the Privacy Policy. You can stop contributing and delete session data from the Privacy screen.
Optional paid plans are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. Subscription terms, renewals, and refunds follow the store’s rules. Manage or cancel in your device’s subscription settings.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Border Time and its operators are not liable for delays, missed connections, fines, or other damages arising from reliance on wait estimates or from temporary unavailability of the service.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes should be noted in the app or store listing.
